Refund policy
All sales on Hypersal.ca are final. Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed. However, we will make exceptions in the event of defective or damaged items. If you believe your order is defective or incorrect:
1. Please contact us at support@hypersal.ca within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos showing the defect.
3. Our support team will review your claim and provide next steps.
4. If approved, we may issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Please note we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
